Construction of new 2 level innovative learning centre accommodating 160 children. The development has distinctive architectural features throughout, new amenities, commercial kitchen and over 100 metres of stainless balcony drainage across level 1.

Completed extensive civil drainage works including gross pollutant trap, pump chamber and below ground detention tanks within tight workable area.
